SIGA Wigluv® black is a semi-permeable high-performance construction tape for open joint cladding. The UV-stable, single-sided and strongly adhesive tape is generally suitable for bonding overlaps and joints where visible, outdoor facade membranes are to be sealed. This tenaciously sticky, low profile, acrylic sealing tape is constructed of a special vapour-permeable polyolefin (PO) film, reinforcing mesh, and pressure sensitive glue. SIGA Wigluv® black is used in combination with Majvest® 700 SOB for open joint façades with up to 2 inch open joint size and a maximum open area of 40%.
