Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return an unused item within 30 days from the original date of purchase except for the items listed as Not Eligible for Return below.

Returns
You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, including the original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.  A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returned products.


Items Not Eligible For Return
- Special non-stock product orders
- Custom printed tape or labels
- Custom slit tape or films
 

Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and promptly inform you of its arrival. Following the inspection, we will update you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or the original payment method. The credit should appear in your account within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 

Shipping
You are responsible for covering your own shipping expenses when returning an item, and please be aware that these shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount for return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
