Epoxy Adhesives

LOCTITE® Replacement Plungers are designed for use with the LOCTITE 50ml dual cartridge manual applicators. These industrial cartridge plungers are used to push product down the inner wall of the cartridge barrel and out the mix nozzle tip, effectively reducing waste. Available in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 10:1 and 10:1 S mix ratios.

LOCTITE® HY 4080 is a 2-part, opaque to slightly yellow, cyanoacrylate/acrylic hybrid structural bonding adhesive that provides excellent, powerful bonds on metals, composites and plastics. It fixes quickly at room temperature and has high operational strength within just an hour. LOCTITE® HY 4080 also has high shear strength over a wide range of temperatures, even in larger gaps.

LOCTITE® AA H8003 is a 2-part, room-temperature curing, acrylic-based adhesive system. It has a fast fixture time of <10 minutes and excellent bond strength on multiple substrates, including galvanized steel, plastics and composites. It needs little or no surface preparation, contains 10 mil (0.254mm / 0.01") spacer beads for bond line control, and offers superior peel and impact resistance.

It has a fast fixture time of <10 minutes and excellent bond strength on multiple substrates, including galvanized steel, plastics and composites. LOCTITE® HY 4090 is a high viscosity, off-white to light yellow gel. It opens completely new application areas in structural bonding – for the very first time combining instant adhesive properties with those for epoxies to give more striking benefits. Fixture time of 90 - 180 seconds and suitable for gaps up to 5 mm. Resistant to vibration, shock loads and impacts with the ability to bond dissimilar substrates.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP8507NS delivers long-lasting performance when bonding metal. Designed as a replacement for welding and mechanical fasteners, this non-sag adhesive delivers high-strength bonds on aluminum, cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, and most plastics. Additionally, these bonds provide excellent durability, even in temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C) and in powder coat and paint bake cycles up to 392°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.

Ideal choice for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications since it reaches structural strength twice as fast as most other competitive acrylic adhesives with a comparable open time. It bonds difficult surfaces such as powder coats and most plastics. With a 10:1 mix ratio and a 4-minute work life there's time to position substrates prior to adhesion. Once fully cured it will reach 1,000 psi (7 MPa) of overlap shear strength in about 9 minutes, half the time of similar adhesives, increasing throughput and productivity while featuring high peel and impact performance.

Ideal choice for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications since it reaches structural strength twice as fast as most other competitive acrylic adhesives with a comparable open time. It bonds difficult surfaces such as powder coats and most plastics. With a 10:1 mix ratio and a 10-minute work life, there's time to position substrates prior to adhesion. Once fully cured, it will reach 1,000 psi (7 MPa) of overlap shear strength in about 21 minutes, half the time of similar adhesives, increasing throughput and productivity while featuring high peel and impact performance.
