ADHESIVES

LOCTITE® 620 is a high strength, high temperature resistant retaining compound designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage due to shock and vibration. Typical applications include locating pins in radiator assemblies, sleeves in pump housings and bearings in auto transmissions. Particularly suitable for applications where temperature resistance up to 200°C is required.

PURfectseal® Gun Foam is a single-component, moisture-curing, low-expansion gun foam, which has good cold weather gun ability. It is specially formulated to be ‘O‐Zone’ friendly and is extremely economical — ideal for weather applications down to ‐10°C. Designed for sealing around windows & doors, general gap, crack and crevice filling/sealing, gap filling and retrofit construction.

3M™ Hybrid Sealant 730 is a clear cosmetic sealant with excellent UV resistance and long term durability when exposed to the elements. This sealant is permanently elastic and is capable of bonding dissimilar materials, offering long-lasting bonds and design flexibility. This single-component sealant is paintable when wet and has a 40-60 minute skin time.

NuFlex® 302 High Temperature Silicone Sealant is a medium modulus one-component acetoxy cure, non-sag caulking material. It cures to form a sturdy, rubbery solid upon exposure to moisture in the air. Formulated to perform at temperatures ranging from -65° to 260°C (-85° to 500°F) under continuous operating conditions. During intermittent exposure, it will withstand temperatures as high as 316°C (600°F). It is ideal for many sealing and bonding applications.

3M™ Fastbond™ Spray Activator #1 is a water-dispersed, high solids activator. It is to be used with the 3M™ Fastbond™ Adhesives. This product is used to enhance bonding capabilities and handling strength without forced drying equipment for most applications. Designed to be dispersed by mist for optimal application. This high solids activator is water based, GREENGUARD™ certified, low VOC and LEED® compliant.

3M™ Heavy Duty Spray Adhesive 20 is an economical, versatile, fast-drying spray adhesive that bonds a range of lightweight materials. This spray adhesive has an aggressive tack that offers a high initial grab as well as sufficient open time to position materials properly. Capable of forming bonds on a wide array of materials, including paper, cardboard, fabric and insulation. It also works well with plastic, metal, wood and much more.

3M™ Hi-Strength Spray Adhesive 90 is a high strength, fast contact-type adhesive. It has fast contact strength build-up for many decorative laminates. This spray adhesive is ideal for applications that require spraying down. Creates a high strength fast tack bond to concrete, wood, MDF, laminates, or polyethylene. It has excellent moisture resistance.

3M™ Hi-Tack Spray Adhesive 76 is an industrial aerosol spray adhesive with high-tack properties for one-surface bonding applications. This high-tack adhesive effectively bonds materials, including rubber, fabric, felt, foil, glass, cardboard, wood, metal and many hard-to-hold materials, such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Designed with a variable-width lace spray pattern to minimize waste and overspray. Its low-misting property also allows for precise spray control.

3M™ HoldFast Spray Adhesive 70 is an extremely versatile, fast-tacking industrial grade spray adhesive with a unique wide-web spray pattern well suited for bonding a variety of construction materials. It requires a short dry time yet provides long open time to perfectly position your materials. It is an effective adhesive for waterproofing and protecting from moisture. 3M™ Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive Super 77™ is a high-tack, high-coverage and fast drying adhesive. It is fast drying adhesive that bonds quickly within 15 seconds and offers high coverage and low soak in for long lasting bond.
